Attorney Bethany Babbitt

Attorney Bethany E. Babbitt has over six years of experience litigating cases in Connecticut’s State and Federal Courts. She has represented both individuals and businesses in both prosecuting and defending civil matters.  Attorney Babbitt also has experience litigating landlord tenant issues on behalf of both landlords and tenants.  Attorney Babbitt earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2002. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut in 1999.   Attorney Babbitt has done volunteer work for the “Keep the Power On” program which assists individuals who are behind in their electric and gas bills by negotiating payment arrangements with their utility companies.

Attorney Babbitt is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Hartford County Bar Association. She lives in Manchester with her husband, Eric, and their son, Cole.
